Barb Kuntz
Barb is a Mortgage Specialist / Operations Manager with Advantage Mortgage Brokers in Regina, Saskatchewan. In this role, Barb manages the day to day operations of the mortgage business along with providing mortgage services and financial credit counseling to new and existing clients. Barb holds an Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designation from CAAMP (Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals). Barb is no stranger to the Financial Services Industry having spent many years in various lending roles which included: Agriculture, Commercial, Personal, Automotive and Residential lending. Her extensive background in all aspects of lending provides her with the perfect foundation for mortgage lending. Barb is passionate about growing the mortgage business and providing exemplary customer service. Barb also belongs to various associations: member of the CCA (Canadian Celiac Association), Regina Women’s Network and volunteer canvasser for the Kidney Foundation of Canada. Her personal interests include: reading, writing, travel and spending time with her husband and family and their dog Nikki.

James Archer
James is a Mortgage Specialist with Advantage Mortgage Brokers in Regina, Saskatchewan. He is also a Licensed Insurance Broker with Knight Archer Insurance in Regina, Saskatchewan. James has been in the Mortgage Industry for the past 7 years. James receives the greatest satisfaction in providing exemplary customer service, mortgage services, money saving solutions and financial credit counseling to new and his existing customers. In the past James actively volunteered for Habitat for Humanity. His personal interests include: spending time with his family, travelling and escaping to his family cottage at Katepwa Lake. James is also a season ticket holder, and avid fan of the Saskatchewan Roughriders.

Kim Deans
Kim Deans owned and operated a Driver Training School for four years when he was in his early twenties. He relocated to Saskatoon and sold the driver training School. He moved back to Regina, opened an Auto Body Repair Shop for several years and was then hired on with Revenue Canada where he was employed for 23 years as a senior manager. He transferred to Western Economic Diversification Canada and worked in the position of business counsellor for 7 years until his retirement in 2007. In 2008 he planned to take on a part time position as a mortgage specialist with Advantage Mortgage Brokers/ The Mortgage Centre which rapidly turned into a full time position. He has remained with the Advantage for the past three years.

Will Leach
A full time Mortgage Specialist with Advantage Mortgage Brokers in Regina, Saskatchewan, Will Leach is married and has two adult daughters. Will is a fully qualified (AMP) Accredited Mortgage Professional with 25 years experience, specializing in debt reconciliation and money management. Due to Will's expertise in the field he understands the business and how to find the best fit for all clients. Will is one of the leading Magicians in Regina and has been performing Magic shows for over twenty years, mainly doing corporate work. He has also been very actively involved in community events and charities, using his magic shows in order to raise funds and by sitting on
several boards.
